I had bought the sleep turban 2 months ago, and had used to religiously since. However, the elastic broke, so I emailed to ask if there was a return policy or such. Straight away, I was emailed that I would get a new turban free of charge, and it was delivered 2 days later. Literally the best customer service I have received from a company. Would highly recommend.

Had to leave a review as I’ve tried to find the right product for nearly 30 years.
I have dry, frizzy hair which is a nightmare.
Even before I tried it I was under the illusion that it would not work and just be another product to add to list of what not buy. HOW WRONG I WAS!!! This product is AMAZING, I have curls I never thought imaginable, with a healthy glossy look. I bought the starter pack, best buy for my ever!! If it hadn’t been for tiktok I would’ve never even knew about this product.

Fabulous products which smell amazing and work brilliantly with customer service second to none! Someone has done their homework on how to encourage and keep new customers! How refreshing to find a company who actually care about their customers!

I ordered the curl enhancing gel and when it arrived I thought I was supposed to screw the pump nozzle on myself as it came separate, but then I realised it had actually broken off during transit. I emailed OCL and asked if they could send me a replacement nozzle and instead they sent me a whole new bottle of the curl gel for free! Also replied to my email super quickly and it was on a Sunday.
The product itself is lovely and not hard and crunchy like you'd expect a gel to be.
So impressed with this company will definitely purchase again.

I've just received my first order from this company and am absolutely delighted. I've received tailored emails based on my order with instructions and tutorials for how best to use the products which is really helpful. I had a slight problem with one of the products, I emailed and received a reply with confirmation of replacement order within 5 minutes or so of my own email. Nicely packaged order with a cute little free gift and amazing customer service.

My order arrives super quick & it’s actually amazing. I can already see the difference & the material of the Sleep Turban is so soft. It’s very comfortable to sleep in & is great value for money. Couldn’t recommend this product enough!

Had very bad reaction tot products and lost a great deal off hair. Had blood full bloods done and no health issues. Had 2 courses off steroids to sort problem. There's a huge level off oils on the products SO CHECK before you try in case you are allergic.
Company good though and offered full refund and a giftcard

Game changer products for my hair! It's made my hair super soft, curly and defined???? great packaging too one I quite like to see in my bathroom instead hidden in a draw. My hair is easily weighed down with products but not with this one! I ordered the shampoo/cleanser, conditioner, curl creme and gel and loved ever one!
